70% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella e Molinara.
VINIFICAZIONE ED AFFINAMENTO
Durante la vendemmia l’uva viene raccolta in cassette e pigiata il giorno stesso. La fermentazione avviene con lieviti indigeni, in vasche d’acciaio inox termoregolati a temperatura controllata. Dopo la fermentazione il vino affina in botti grandi di rovere da 2000 litri per un periodo minimo di 12 mesi.
