Klassisches Gebiet Valpolicella.
TRAUBEN:
70% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella und Molinara.
VINIFIKATION UND REIFUNG:
Dieser Valpolicella wird in thermoregulierten Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur von maximal 25°C vergoren. Nach der Gärung reift der Wein für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten in 2000-Liter-Fässern.
